Welcome to the Soma Event - Womban Experience
Join me for the First Soma Event - The Womban Experience where I will guide you into a loving connection back to you.
This is for you , The Woman who does it all and has a successful career ,she loves spending time with loved ones but wants even more presence in her relationships and deeper connections with friends and family.
Spend a glorious afternoon in nature connecting back in with yourself & your body that will bring you joy, stillness & deep inner peace. We will move into a flow state of freedom and nurturing back to SELF.
The afternoon will include Free flow Movement, Voice & Sound Toning, Self Love Practices, Intuitive Journaling, Circle Connection PLUS my surreal Sound Healing with my Vocal Channeled Chants. Lots of other Intuitive practices that I feel will be adding to the day.

Please bring yoga matt, water bottle, a favourite mug , journal and pen.Also could you please bring along something for the alter that you would like to gift to the sacred space. This can be a crystal, flower, plant, note or anything that you feel.
I cannot wait to be able to create this space and nurture you mind, body and soul.
