Soma Embodied Healing &Intuitive Session - In Person Home Studio

An in person1.5 hour Soul session where you are completely held within a safe space. Here we can clear any blockages in your body shifting stuck energy , moving more into your body and then expressing the voice in any way which moves us. Here is where you align to your highest souls path.

These sessions include sound and movement so we can get out of the mind and experience in the body. Can include inner child healing, meditations, visualisations,Energy healing , massage, touch therapy, chakra balancing, voice activation, light language, specific divine guided messages and sound healing. There is magic in the session and you will walk away with tangible direction and actions to keep the process going.
